- Add playback capabilities for local network content (i.e. personal media files) and I'd buy today. Otherwise this box becomes immediately worthless when the remote services are no longer available... not a risk I'm willing to take.

- It took a bit longer that I expected for the hackers to get into the Linux-based device. Mbaily on the Roku forums figured out how to telnet into the Netflix Player:

- 从1995年到2000年期间，我制作假山石的工作室先后搬了四次，最早是在中央美院研究所租借了一间十平米的临时棚。那时，来自浙江温岭从事不锈钢加工的毛奕冬、叶金聪两人专门从浙江坐火车（没有坐位站了一路）来到北京做我专职的助手（毛奕冬现在依然合作，并拥有自己的雕塑制造企业），在这里开办了最早的专门制作假山石的工作室，在此前，我是在一家也是由浙江温岭人开办的不锈钢加工厂完成的最初两组石头。几个月后，由于工作场地太小，我们搬到了北京东北角的南胡渠花家地西里的一个拔丝金属工厂内，在这里，毛奕冬开始创办自己的雕塑工厂。7个月后，由于北京扩大拆迁殃及此处，我们又搬到京北的昌平东小口乡蓝各庄村的一家木器厂库房里建立新的工作车间。记得在那里，我们制作了公海浮石用的那件作品，半年多后，经著名雕塑家兼社会活动家包泡先生介绍，我们又搬到了京东北郊外崔各庄乡善各庄村的一家橡胶厂内。一年后，由于橡胶厂转租，于2000年8月搬到了通州区胡各庄乡大台村，现在改为潞城镇大台村，租下近二十亩玉米地，一半用于毛奕冬的亦东园雕塑制作中心，一半用于假山石制作。在这片地上开始自建厂房，工作间、花园直到现在。

送通知的七个人里，我认识其中一位。此人在去年底来过本所调查，在2月下旬送处罚听证通知书时也来过忆通所。3月3日听证会当天，我还在海淀区人民政府北门见过他，当时他说自己不是海淀区司法局人员。今天他再次来了忆通律所，使我感到十分惊讶。他说自己是北京市司法局的人员。
行政处罚是没有溯及力的，处罚决定要在送达后才能产生约束力。使人无法理解的是，处罚决定早已作出了，就是不及时给送达。现突然送来了，竟称要从13日起执行。
