- 关于做精神病鉴定，翟律师在表面上做了所谓“人格障碍”的辩护。翟律师应该知道，即使法院没有当庭驳回，此辩护如果成立，仍不可能作为杨佳免除刑事责任的依据。不难看出，用心良苦的翟律师本人才是真正具有“人格障碍”的人，不是间歇性，而是永久性的。
