- 我不知道该记者是否真采访了“一些业内人士”，但是这也是属于不做计算的想当然。一般来说，8升鲜奶可生产1公斤奶粉，配方奶粉由于添加了乳清粉等辅料，实际上用的原料奶没有那么多，据三鹿婴儿配方奶粉的专利说明，他们只用了2.4升原料奶来生产1公斤奶粉。如果三鹿奶粉中的三聚氰胺（每公斤2563毫克）全部来自掺假原料奶，那么掺假原料奶中的三聚氰胺含量大约为1克/升，而三聚氰胺的常温溶解度为3.1克/升，仅为三聚氰胺溶解度的三分之一。即使按刚公布的对普通奶粉和非婴儿配方奶粉的检测结果，三鹿高铁高锌配方奶粉的三聚氰胺含量高达6196.61 mg/kg，也还没有达到三聚氰胺的溶解极限。所以，从三聚氰胺的含量过高来说明三鹿奶粉中的三聚氰胺不可能都来自原料奶，是不成立的。
- 三聚氰胺若是在生产过程中掺入的，出现悬殊的三聚氰胺含量就比较合理了。当然，不一定是厂家有意添加（三鹿是免检产品，似乎没有必要为了骗过抽检而添加无营养价值的三聚氰胺），而可能是因为低端奶粉为了降低成本，一部分奶粉用大豆蛋白粉取代（免得婴儿摄入的蛋白质含量过低而出现“大头娃娃”），而购买来的大豆蛋白粉被销售商掺入了三聚氰胺。
